Masturbating is not going to harm you in any way. There is no good reason as to why you should not masturbate. I've been doing it over fifty years and I love it.

Masturbating is not bad for you at all and it can not harm you. Actually at age 14, 90% of males masturbate.
Go ahead and masturbate because it can not harm you one bit.

maturbating is never harmful. it is not harmful physically at all. it may be harmful mentally. if u feel stressed while ur masturbating, then do it when ur les likely to get caught like at night when everyone else is in bed. otherwise it is perfectly fine and healthy
