Its not anything I would personally want to see but I think the questions should be : Can you imagine the road rash a naked person would get if they rode a motorcycle over 80 mph and bit the dust?

If the "person" is a hot female, the rule should be less than 40mph. That way we enjoy the view and accidents are reduced.
Imagine you are going at 60mph and find a gang of hotties going @ 20mph, stark naked. Wouldn't you slow down?
