Yes, there are ways, but they are not immediate and most of them are not very healthy. I read an article on it not that long ago. Factor #1 is age. If you are over 35, it increases your chances and continues to increase every 5 years. If I remember correctly, if you are over 50 your chances are actually 1 in 3! Factor #2 is weight. Women who are over weight seem to have a better chance of conceiving twins. Factor #3 is height. Tall women also have a better chance, but you can't really change that one. Factor #4 is the most sure way. Fertility drugs! Those are a pretty good chance of having two or more. There were more I think, but those were the ones that I can remember.

Only by becoming pregnant by a twin with a strong family history of twins or by taking fertility drugs-and then you're more likely to throw a litter.

No, that is about nature, not manipulation by others. My mother was a twin, I am a twin, but there are no other twins in our family. I know of others who have no twins in the family until they had their set. Thank God we can't manipulate the birth process; what a mess that would be. Let God be God and just enjoy what you get, one, two, three or whatever. Love them madly, because children deserve it.

some woman have more of a chance of having twins, such as woman who's family dates back to cretin part of the world (like Africa & Mexico) its in there bloodline. or if you or your parents have had or are a twin it could "run in the family" but if you have given birth to a set twins that doesn't mean you will have them again.

Nope, unless you are using fertility pills, but that's not recommended at all for people that dont have fertility problems.
