am i being too picky?

I bought a mobile phone on pay as you go but i have noticed the piece of plastic that covers the infrared is loose and sounds a bit iffy when the phone vibrates.Its not ready to fall out or anything but because its a bit loose,it is annoying.Would you bother trying to get it repaired if you was me? I haven't dropped it, its in great condition and still under warranty.

Just go try and take it back....tell them the plastic's mesed up. you might as well try...

If it's still under warranty then take it back to the place where your bought it and have it repaired or replaced.
