A few months ago I went to see my ex-wife in order to collect the last of my stuff that she still had, it was not an easy day for me because she was actually being nice, polite and helpful which was not always the case when we were married so inevitably it did remind me of the better times we had together and I guess it was a nice way for us to part. But at no point did I consider going back to her, it is nice to be able to remember the good parts of the marriage but I know that the majority of the marriage was full of bad times.

You had all the chances to work out your relationship but why were you tongue tied to express your feelings? If you are in good terms with your ex perhaps the best thing is to open up a better understandable communication, tell him how you feel, explain the how you have dealt with the problems that got you all apart and its time to start a fresh only if he allow you another chance to make things right. As long as you keep an open honest communication without hiding your feeling, would help solve the unthinkable problem. You will be surprised to see how things turn out. Give it a try and tell him how you feel about him but never talk about the other woman. Just your feeling, be apologetic to what you may have cause him at the past, and you are ready to work things out and be a family.

Now why would you want to do something like that unless you are jealous of his fiance and wouldn't like to see him marry her or anyone for that matter. If you leave him along he will be fine,if he wanted to get back with you he wouldn't of stop coming around or calling you just because his fiance didn't like it. So unless you love him and want him back in your life don't mess up what happiness he will have with her. It's understandable you still have feelings for him after all you did have his kids and that is a bond that will always be there between you two.

Your ex sounds like he cannot make his mind up if he still wants to be with you or if he is ready to move forward with his marriage to his fiance. His ambivalence is NOT YOUR PROBLEM because you are divorced from him. You cannot control or influence his behavior with someone else. It is his problem if he is in a relationship and his mind is not made up.
It is doubtful he would have given you "that look" if his fiance had been standing nearby to see it. He was sure his feelings for you were secondary when he divorced you and started seeing someone else. If he did not make a VERBAL STATEMENT that he still has feelings for you the "look" may have been imaginary. It is already too late. He is the other womans problem now. Be good to yourself and your children and move on with your life.

You have to remember, you have kids together. Im sure there will always be those "feelings" But if you want to ask him if he still wants you, be ready for what he might say. What if he says yes? Are you going to get back together with him? If he says no are you going to be rejected? Sounds like he got with this girl pretty quick after an 8 year marriage to you. So im sure he still has feelings for you. Just dont go out of your way to find out.

Why might you circulate out of your thank you to tell your ex? you're actually not nevertheless hung up on your ex are you? You ex is history, concentration on the emotions on your husband-to-be. in case you nevertheless finally end up fixating on the right therapy of your ex, possibly you have some thinking to do until eventually now you get married. Oh course, in case you and your ex have teenagers jointly you should tell you ex so as which you will handle visitation matters. good luck and congratulations.

No! Why do you want to be with someone who maybe cheating on his fiance, that is just sick. What if he is with other women, and gives you and her a STD like HIV. He could not touch me. What about your pride and self worth--he can drop you and come back anytime he wants-think about it.
And most of all seek God of Jesus.

It depends.. are you still interested in your ex, where you might consider getting back with him? If so, then yes ask him. If you're over him and are ready to move on, then I wouldn't even bother.

Unless you are interested in rekindling that flame or are good friends, no. He might read it wrongly. If you are good friends and are concerned for him and the effect it could have on your children, then yes.
