i desperately need a master cyl (or rebuild kit) for my bike. the rebuild kit would be preferred, but here in the philippines are impossible to get. does anyone know a surplus parts supplier here? or does anyone have a second hand (or new) master cylinder to suit? (eg: xs350-650, cb400-750, even a srx350-600 should fit).

I wouldn't recommend you purchasing a rebuild kit.
A special tool is required to rebuild (90 degree snap ring pliers).
Search the web for "motorcycle salvage" and call around.

almost any will fit, i have used one off a four wheeler on my maxim 650 and i have a suzuki one on my cr500. dont let anyone tell you you have to get one model specific it is not true. many companys use the same one for all their bikes and just change levers. sorry i dont have one for ya but this might help your search. good luck.

I never had problems getting parts in PI. Manila has anything you want.
