I have a boyfriend, but after 6 years, I'm wondering why I'm still with him. I have no idea still where I want to work. I live in California.. but I'm wondering if I should move back home.. or to Australia.. or maybe to Boston, or Chicago, no wait.. what about DC? Maybe I want kids, wait, my boyfriend and I dont' have sex. then again maybe I should adopt? I'm lost.

You need to relax...lol! Maybe you shouldn't be settled down with a boyfriend right now. You need to explore. You don't need to be tied down. Go visit all those places you want to move to and then decide what you want to do. Have fun.

You need to realize the REAL reason you're with him for so long and what you want out of your life for the future. Are you both in love? Do you want to spend the rest of your life with him? Or are you with him just because he's the closest to you and he's just around and that's holding you back from moving on? Maybe you're too unsure of what you want period? Take a while to get a sense of self and think of all these posibilities of what you want out of life. And if you end up taking the wrong turn and find yourself unhappy, then you're that much closer to getting to where you want to be in life.

Honestly I think everyone is like that and I think you (everyone) will always be that way in life. Truly if you always know what you want in life then how much fun would that be? You cant plan everything and sometimes you just have to live in the now. Anything can change at any moment.

I think we all feel that way at times. Just pick one area of your life and see where you want to go. You don't have to decide everything right now, right? What's most important to you? Focus on that for awhile. Still, you don't have to come up with an answer, but just figure out what direction you might want to head.
