its achy in my bowels and lower abdomen
It feels heavy and achy in my pelvic area like Im constipated...for 2 or 3 days now but i took a crap yesterday and today TMI sorry..

lol i know its gross but its wierd im wondering i have it in my front lower mid abdomen too

I had this problem too when I was pregnant with all 3 of mine. My ob told me it is normal, and told me to take stool softners and eat lots of fiber and drink water and I did all that and to be honest it really didn't help, but maybe it will for you, I hope so because I would say that is the worst part of being pregnant.

How far along are you!? I have the same feelings somedays too. I think its just lots of pressure down in that area.....it is annoying, but i heard that u can get constipated during pregnancy so even after going for a poo your bowels are still moving and processing more stuff than normal so i guess you could still be alittle constipated even after a poo. Drink lots of water i've found it helps but you need to wee alittle more often! lol
Ask your doctor if it gets to hard to handle or your concerned.

How far along are you. I don't want to scare you, but I had the same feeling at 21 weeks and it was labor. My water ended up breaking and I lost my baby girl. I would call the doctor just to be on the safe side.
I-vote-2: If you don't like gross questions don't come to the pregnancy catagory. Pregnancy isn't always pretty and clean!
