of course it changes, the change is not nearly as drastic for girls as it is for boys... mainly one of the only times it is noticeable is in singing...
when you come back to school in the fall and try out for thart special elite choir that you've been dying to be in, you can suddenly reach those high notes you never could last year, or maybe your voice is stronger on that low A. then for some, it is mainly how much air they have, and how they are suddenly able to use it, and in comparrison to last year's breathy voice, their new mature one, is clear and strong.

Yes, to your main question. Remember your voice at 5 and 12 and 17 and 23. All different. I think it gets lower.
Also when you talk to an old lady on the phone, you can tell she ain't 21!! lol
A couple weeks ago I was watching Ellen Degeneres. She's almost 50. She showed a clip of herself doing stand-up when she was about 35. Her voice was.....younger!! She remarked herself how her voice has changed. It's lower now.
I'm not sure if it keeps getting lower, but it definitely does change. I was on the phone with a woman who sounded like she was 20-25. It turned out she was 60. I told her she sounded 20! It turned out she's a singer. I'm not sure what that meant, but I found it interesting. lol
Great question. Give that person a star!! :)

Yes, women's voices change due to puberty. Their voices become deeper and more full bodied. Not as much as a mans! But still there is some change.

Of course a womans voice changes. I wouldn't say with puberty but in age.
A females voice sounds different as a kid, teen, 20's, 40's and older.
I wouldnt say louder or higher.

no they don't. there is a difference between the voice of a little girl and an adult woman but puberty has nothing to do with it.
