I find this question offensive. After WWII more then two million Germans died of starvation. Because of food shortages, America fed the British, French, Dutch, Belgian, Italian, Hugarian, Greeks and the rest, before the Germans.
Now, I don't like Bush, but I think he can't be held for the horrors brought on the Indians.
