How does it hurt being hit in the balls?

Wht are the ssymptoms does it sting, burn, itch please help im a girl who is told it hurts alot but ofcourse wouldnt now the way it feels to be hit or kicked.

It's mostly a lower abdominal pain, something similar to an ache or a really intense cramp. The sensation seems to come from about where the ovaries are found in women. This makes sense since the testicles form in this area and descend later on. My guess is that the nerves are mapped to the brain prior to this process and the body 'thinks' they're still in the abdomen, indicating injury in that location. I have a friend who had a hand injury where a nerve was relocated from one finger to another to restore sensation. He says that it's weird in that all of the sensation in the repaired finger seem to come from the one where the nerve was borrowed from. It would seem that the abdominal pain from a groin impact is a similar sort of thing. (The nerves were moved after the body got used to where they were in the first place.)

I've known women who have participated in martial arts who have accidentally been struck hard enough to affect the ovaries and they described it as, ' the most intense menstrual cramp you can imagine, but slightly higher and to the side.' Also from conversations with surgical nurses, even aggressive sex can result in a justled ovary with the same effect.

well lets put it this way. i think i'd rather get punched in the face for a half hour than get kicked in the nuts. it's not just the pain though, it's like it almost makes you immobile and a lot of the times it only takes a second before you're on the floor. and since there's not much protecting them besides a little bit of skin, you feel the pain on the inside too. it's just horrible pain, lets put it at that. and when that happens, you dont care about anything else really, the pain just becomes the #1 priority. And btw, im talking about when it's pretty bad, not just something barely hitting it.

OMG It hurts like hell!!! When they first kick you, you get this MASSIVE jolt of pain and then it feels like there is a hand outside your ball sack squeezing REALLY hard, and over the course of 1-2 weeks it feels like the hand is releasing itself PAINFULLY slow. It's TORTURE you should never do it to a guy unless he's trying to rape you or something. I once saw a movie where this girl was faced against this mob of like 30 guys, and all she did was kick their balls and at the end you see the streets littered with guys holding their balls, pretty funny, but not funny in real life when someone does it to you.

all one can do is lie down on your tummy and wait for the pain to ease
even a slight pressure causes pain, since testis has a lot of nerve endings in them

OMG! yes, it's like a lingering pain that just stays in your stomach/behind the balls area. it's not a sharp pain, kind of like a stomach crap, but far more intense and concentrated. And there's nowhere you can rub and make it feel better, you can't rub inside your body.

It feels like you have a fist inside of your belly pushing out, and its very painful. Sometimes my sides hurt like really bad ontop that.
