This is a question that completely depends on your city or county's website capabilities. Call your clerk of court, city police and country Sheriff office to find out.

You shouldnt be able to. The officers report is a legal document and must be supeniaed in order to be seen. After a trial or hearing it becomes public record but you have to go to the records office to see it. If police reports are available on line it probably means their system has been hacked. Most police systems are under lots of security.

Not a police report but I can look up someone by simply entering their name in my local clerk of courts website.
I can find out if you have been arrested.
I can also find out if you have any traffic violations or evictions.
Enter the name of your city and courts on google.
