I live in American Samoa, and our island happens to have a large number of Indians. Not too much but a lot. I want a business selling Indian needs. Needs that are in India but not here. For ex: certain curry ingredients. I plan on having a business for them and I would like to know what they would want/need the most.

Ideal would be an eatable joint tending to the needs and requirments of people of variuos diverse cultures living in that area or the best alternate would be to deal in POOJA items, arrange for the things required for performings their various religious day to day routines routines you would be best accepted in the Indian community because of their religious belifs and practices associated with thier daily lives
