work outside? most jobs have guidelines on working outdoors and the amount of time you work and are on break when the temperature is a certain number. This is especially true for jobs that concern safety like lifeguarding which has strict work:break ratios when outdoors in how temperatures. Ask your employer.

104?? Thats isn't warm. warm is north of a hundred and ten the place I stay. this is been one hundred twenty deg in years previous. final 365 days we had between the best Summers in an prolonged time. plenty have been given worldwide warming. and 40C is like seventy 3 deg F.

very very carefully. drink lots of water. I live in the desert and being outside in that kind of heat is really draining. so rest when given the chance, eat well, drink water.
