1; When you are ally's with a country, does it mean we are friends w/ them or enemies?
and..
2; are we ally's with Pakistan?

Allies are friends or at least cooperative with each other on a specific issue. Yes, we are allies with Pakistan.

being allies means we are friends with the country. and i dont think we are allies with pakistan
