I remember reading that on the 2004 presidential election 57% "Didn't" vote. If that number is correct, that means only 43% of eligible voters voted.
However, I have no way to varify those figures,,,,,,but I also don't trust some of those numbers posted above.
The 2004 Presidential election was characterized by voter apathy.
