Both "nice" and ""reasonable price" are relative.

To some people, US$ 120 a night is reasonable, or even "cheap". Some people will say that that is expensive.

Best way to help would be to give a budget, and then we can get back to you with the best you can find at that budget.

The Copa in Makati was nice, and reasonable to me. I would stay there again. it's walking distance to greenbelt too where there is some great nightlife and shopping.

try the legends villa hotel in mandaluyong. stayed there the last time i was in manila. i booked thru internet and since they quoted in dollars(depreciating against the peso), got it cheap.

What do you want ? Nice or cheap ? They do not go together in Manilla.
