Every time I'm sad for no reason, I wind up cutting myself. But recently, I've called my boyfriend or one of my major besties and just cried and talked. It's good to cry for no reason. Just don't follow my example. It hurts! But talking works.

I don't think it's possible. There's always a reason. Maybe it isn't apparent, or maybe it's due to a chemical imbalance, but there's always a reason.

Depends on how long it lasts. If it doesn't happen often then yeah that's normal. But if its for a long period of time then I suggest seeing a doctor.
