I refilled a black cartridge (13 no.) for hp business inkjet 1000 as the same was showing low level since long. After installing the refilled cartridge, the pinting is fine but the error message through the printer's LED disaly (not shown by the system as i have disabled from the toolbox) is continued. I have repeatedly replaced the cart., replaced after deplugging the power cord, etc. Is there any way to this problem?

If you did you tell the printer that this is a "new" cartridge when you put it back in, then it'll continue to presume the cart was low.

You are getting this message because you are using a "refilled" cartridge instead of a "new" cartridge. Using "refilled" cartridges are not recommended( though its used widely) and don't be surprised if your printer doesn't respond correctly to it.
There shouldn't be any problem unless the cartridge is leaking, but you may have to be content with the wrong message until you replace it with a "new" cartridge"
