If I was a lying liberal like Sarah Jessica Parker, Robert Redford or Alec Baldwin, I'd tell a big lie and promise to leave but yet remain. Makes for a great sound bite and little else. Regardless, it does reinforce the fact that all liberals are pathological liars.

If Hillary wins I will be happy, she's my candidate of choice. If Obama wins I'll be relieved a Democrat has taken back the White House as well.

It wouldn't matter who won, I would never leave my country. But I have an open invitation out to whoever would like to do so. I'll help them pack and hold the door for them. Forget the Republican's use of the phrase - that would REALLY be "cutting and running." Who needs people like that here anyway? We have enough whiners in this country. Good riddence to them!

If I can stand to live here while the current president:

1. Lies about WMD and then drags us into a 6 year (and counting) $Billion/day war, when the main terrorist hotbed is in Afghanistan.
2. Tries to get pass a bill to relax immigration rules.
3. Tries to get Congress to allow a middle eastern country to run our major shipping ports.
4. Endorses Mike Brown as doing a good job as head of FEMA in response to Katrina. (Let's not forget that Bush was personally advised of the conditions and did not respond in a timely manner)
5. Has nominated inept crony after inept crony into key positions (Alberto Salazar, etc.)
6. Sounds confused whenever he's asked to answer unscripted press conference questions.

I can not possibly be more disappointed. We've hit rock bottom with this president. He's an embarassment to all people who love this country. Anyone would be better. God Bless America.

While it would be positively heartbreaking, it would be quite un-American to leave. The purpose of our form of government is for the people to choose, and if the people choose poorly it's our duty as Americans to make the best of it (and hopefully make a better choice next time 'round). It's just not the American way to cut and run when things don't go right. On the other hand, I will never have been so glad for term limits than if either of those two are elected. I would love to see a Guiliani/Thompson win!

I have managed 8 years of that dips-hit bush. Obama would be a welcome change. The only thing better would be a libertarian president or ron paul. Hillary not so much but, she can't mess up anything more than bush already has

Not me, but Bush will flee to Paraguay and Cheney to
Kuwait. Heard some lost tax dollars are there already.
