i have a Sony VAIO VGN-FE880E/H 15.4" Notebook PC (Intel Core 2 Duo 1.66 GHz Processor, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, DVD RW Drive, Vista Premium) and there are a lot of games that have requirements that it doenst meet. any good radeon or geforce chipsets you would recommend?

The question you *should* be asking is: can I even PUT any of those video chipsets into my notebook? The answer is very likely "no way", which renders your question moot.

Video chipsets on your laptop requires a special tool to be removed and replaced. you will need to ship it back to the manufaturer and specify the requirement of the games you want to play. if sharing to a higher memory like 128 mb is allowed in the CMOS, you may want to try upgrading to the maximum allowed memory module but you already have 2 gb ram, that should serve you ok.

Your only option is to buy the docking station for your lap top if it has standard computer card slots and buy a video card for the dock and buy a monitor for the dock. Not very cost effective solution but the only one that may work.

YOU CAN'T INSTALL OR CHANGE GRAPHIC CARD IN LAPTOP -
reason?
slot doesn't exist if yr laptop is entry level (cheap) or is soldiered to motherboard in case it came preloaded in the computer
