That depends upon you. Some songs have a rising action, a climax or plateau, and a falling action. They are like a story. If viewed that way, the 1812 Overture can be very exciting. There are some rock tunes that will bring a rush to you. I think a good march is exciting. A march has staying power. The hit isn't as big, but it lasts. The Washington Post March by John P. Suza is such an example.
Music is about expression. Find what suits you. Mood setting is very personal. I have found a song called "Artistry Jumps" to be demanding. Also consider praise and worship music. Anything really expressive should get a reaction from you. Have fun.
