It started off as a relaxing day for me and then I made cassarole dishes that could be put in the oven for dinner a couple nights this week..Lasanga, Chicken Enchiladas and Chili..

It was a relaxing day for me!! I used to do that though when I did day care, I would do all the cooking for the week in one day, which made the rest of the week so much easier!!

Today is hopefully going to be a relaxing day, but the weekend was certainly a project day between moving, setting up a tank, and cleaning.

Hmmm, a bit of both. I'm on holiday (from college). I woke up at 12:15pm this afternoon (very late), had a good breakfast, and now I've just finished cleaning the bathroom.
