That's a tough one.
Beer: Guinness Draught (has to be from the tap or the can)
Liquor: Glenlivet Single Malt (on the rocks)
Wine: Carlo Rossi Burgundy (at $10 dollars for 4 litres, it's probably the only kind of booze I could afford consistently for the rest of my life)
Mixed Drink: White Russian (has to be Kahlua Especial 70 proof, and Grey Goose vodka)
Honorable Mention: The Irish Car Bomb (one shot of Bailey's Irish Cream, dropped into a glass of Guinness, and immediately chugged, Boilermaker style)
So I guess to be fair and answer your question the way you asked it, if I could only have one drink for the rest of my life, it would probably be the White Russian. It's sweet and easy to go down, and if you make it the way I make it, with the liquors I use, it packs a pretty good punch. In fact, I think I'll make one right now, and settle down with this Van Morrison cd.

I love me some beer! If I had to have only one kind for the rest of my life, I'd go with Sam Adams Summer Ale. Actually, anything 'Sam Adams' is good in my book!

Whiskey soda with a cherry.
Type of whiskey...hmm, I always seem to like the Irish (Bushmills, Jameson) although lately Makers and Crown have been appealing. But def. with a cherry or two...that is my drink.

'tis a difficult question you ask.....
I love a good top shelf tequila. Ever had a margarita made with Don Julio? Cazadores? Patron Silver?
On the other hand.....A well made Kamikaze (cocktail, not shot) with top shelf vodka is delicious as well.....
My favorite beer? Stella Artois.
I love a good pinot noir.
