Lightly salted, and crispy, not greasy. With Bleu Cheese dressing or ketchup on the side. I like the waffle fries best.

tight on the outside , crispy.. inside mushy, seasoned. . with ketchup & salt & bbq sauce. I like my fries to have presence, but I don't want to be eating a potato.. medium diameter. a fry with some color to it, not generic pale yellow. so far, the Unobtainable Fry

Make it a Poutine!
For those who may not know...it's when you put cheese curds on top of your french fries and pour gravy over it! Yummy!
