If you are talking about weightlifting, I would say that an intelligent and well-designed strength and exercise program is appropriate for any sport.

Obviously, the weightlifting program is different for a soccer player than it would be for someone playing the offensive line in American football just as the weightlifting program is different for a basketball player than it would be for someone who throws the discus.

is mostly strength and toning soccer players cant be too bulky because they need mobility but you can still be strong is how you lift
