Well.. it isn't something I have every brought up with my friends... or had one of them bring up. So just going by my personal experience, I would say no.

not as a serious question, as a bragging thing saying its x times bigger yea lol
if a guy is seriousy bout it they're either A. really really close w tat guy (and even then it makes for an awkward conversation) or B. gay or just plain weird lol

No, they would never ask anything like that. What they may do is take pictures and post them on World Funniest Animal's homepage, but anything else is strictly heterosexual.
