Well who cares if it is legal or not, get him to go to the store and buy it and bring it back home, no one will know if your drinking it or not, and if you go out go to a club and they let you in let him buy the drinks and just drink out of his 2'nd drink, and no 19 is not 21, but we don't always do things that is legal anyway now do we ? because if you are 19 and he is 21 and you was with him when you were under 18 we know that isn't legal, so go on and drink it don't matter, just do it at home and you know you will be safe,

definite it somewhat is legal which you will drink in Louisiana consisting of your husband. it somewhat is between the exceptions to the ingesting age rules in Louisiana. it somewhat is up the the business enterprise in the event that they'll serve you or no longer. All you opt for is a appropriate form of id. This in many cases skill a drivers license or state id card, yet could be a passport or different legal photograph identity.

In MN that law only pertains to family and/or religous celebrations and includes any family member- not just a spouse.
No, you cannot go out to a bar and drink with your husband, but you could have drank at your wedding reception.

No. The legal drinking age is 21- period. You can be married with five kids, but if you're not 21, you can't drink.

inside your home you can do as you choose. WHile i don't personally condone any alcohol use, there is no reason your husband can't buy beverages and bring them home. I don't think drinking IN the home is any more wise than drinking at a bar, or any more safe for that matter... ESPECIALLY if you have children.... have fun and BE GOOD!
