Wow you really have to convince your wife?? I love sports football...so it's hard for me to give advice? Hey I look as it like this she has all week to watch whatever she wants. It one day a week and it's on a sunday. I would say hey sweetie there's nothing like kickin back on a sunday putting some jogs on relax and watchin some football. I think you deserve it and I would tell her that. Or buy her another TV for another room!!!

And what does your wife do on Sunday while you watch football?
You should spend Friday night cleaning the house and doing laundry
Saturday you should spend with your wife.
Sunday you should send her shopping with a girlfriend, while you watch football...

Well first off, you don't convince her You just be a man and say I'm going to do it, period !!! and tell her if she don't like that that she can go some where else while you watch the game, that works for me !! I'm sure that she will chill if you would just stand up to her one time, I'm glad that I'm able to tell my wife and not have to try to convince her like you do, you have to start out like that from the get go in a relationship to make it be like that, that is the way that it was when I was growing up, my Grand Mother never back talked my Grand Father, men have got to soft I guess !!

Take her shopping on Saturday, or let her spend your money shopping on Sunday while you watch football. That would be the deal.

If it's time she wants from you, then offer her a Saturday Night out spending it almost any way that she wants to. Or if it's chores she's upset about, then ask her if she can create a list that you can complete by Sunday morning...and then she can leave you alone all of Sunday to enjoy your football.

What does she want you to do?
Are you in the middle of the house dominating the whole house with a big screen TV so that no one can escape?
Do you watch 8-10 hours in a row?
How about starting with wireless earphones and a second TV for others to have one to watch.

Easy... Spend Saturday cleaning the house, mowing the lawn, make sure the kids are fed and do the laundry. Maybe if you finish all of those on Saturday both of you could enjoy the game.

Share some quality time with her. Obviously she wants your attention, and you're focusing it on football when you could be spending it with her. Just set aside some time before the game, or the night before go on a date night so she doesn't feel she has to compete with the game for some attention.

LOL...tell her to give you a few HOURS on Sunday, and she can have Saturday or any other day of the week ur home, with you all to herself!!
And my LOL...was cause football is SOOOO IMPORTANT, make sure SHE IS STILL IMPORTANT ON OTHER DAYS!!

Try to do some ironing and vacuuming on sunday morning and she won't have problem with football.
