I have a lot of fancy kitchen gadgets and appliances but favorite would be a toss up between the two I use most, my Calphalon 5 cup coffee maker and a baby George Foreman grill. Edit - OOps, I almost forgot about my "three" favorite F.Dick knives........

My old can opener of my moms. I have an electric one but sometimes it doesnt work.. So I drag out this old one that is bout as old as me and finish the job. So glad I still have it.

Apple slicer thingy. I hate cutting apples with a knife and/or eating them whole (the skin taste nasty)

My microplane...it zests citrus fruit and I can grate nutmeg or ginger with it. I love that thing.

my rice cooker, use it all the time, so was pretty upset when i smashed the lid. but i ordered a new one so all is well again ;)
