Evaluating this integral?

How do you evaluate this? I was wondering what method you use to evaluate from :

(2/n) [(1+2i/n)^2 + 9]

to here:

(8i/n^2+ 8i^2/n^3 – 16/n)

Btw, this is an n Σ i=1 function.

The variable is n->infinity but i'll take care of that later. I just need to know how to get from step one to step two.
