I can't get her to drink just plain water or diluted juice, the only thing she will drink is her formula, is this ok and how can I get her to try something else besides formula??

This is not uncommon at all. First off, babies get all of the nutrients and what not out of the formula/ breast milk so don't be to worried. My daughter is now 10 months and will take little sips of diluted juice and water. All you can do is just be consistent with introducing the juices and water and they will eventually acquire a taste for it.

I have a 7-month old also, but I started him on water months ago so he would get used to it. I am sure your daughter is fine with just formula but now is a good time to introduce her to water, the younger, the better. Maybe if you gave her something sweet, like banana, she would drink water from a sippy cup.

I think that it is okay because my son was her age when I tried giving him water and juice and he didn't want either. I was concerned because I thought he needed more than just breast milk but his doctor told me not to force either but just give it to him a little at a time everyday. He really didn't take to both until he was about a year old. He's now three and enjoys them both. I think every child is on a different time line. You can gradually introduce it to her but don't force it. Believe me, eventually, if she'll be like most kids, she'll want juice every five minutes! .
