Yes, it is part of the theme from the Allegro section of the last movement of Saint-Saens Symphony # 3 (Organ Symphony).

It is from the second section of the second movement (some would refer to it as the fourth movement) of the Symphony No 3 in C minor Op 78 (written 1886) by the French composer Camille Saint-Saëns (1835-1921). It was made famous in the film 'Babe'.

Just a point of interest: in 1908 Saint-Saëns wrote the very first film music for the film 'L'assassinat du duc de Guise'.
