She had poor baby Benjamin circumcised and was so eager to mutilate the child that she lied to a mohel (man who does ritual Jewish circumcisions) and told him she was Jewish, even though she's actually Catholic on the show, to get him to cut the baby's foreskin off. There is NO benefit to the baby, but Bree is weird about things being just the way SHE wants them, and she apparently has something against the way natural men are built. Ugh! I will never respect her character again!

It's a barbaric practice where they remove the foreskin from the penis of the baby (usually without anaesthetic). As you can tell from the show there is no good reason just in the US some people are used to it and think it should be done for looks, or to fit in (even though rates are dropping and now only 50% of babies are circumcised). There are no real benfits, although in the US they pretend it is clean or healthy, none of this has been proven. Around 85% of men in the world are NOT circumcised, and the US is the last developed nation still doing it although their rates are dropping significantly.

When babies are circumcised around half of the skin on their penis is cut off along with thousands of high pleasure giving nerve endings. Adult males who are circumcised are missing about 15 square inches of skin. In my opinion for most males circumcisions do little or no good and for most males circumcisions severely decrease their sexual pleasure capacity. The U.S. is the only country in the entire world that circumcises a large percentage of male babies for non religious reasons. Currently in the U.S. about 57% of baby boys are circumcised.

You are asking about the circumcision of a male baby.
Circumcision is the removal of some or all of the foreskin (prepuce) from the penis.[1] The word "circumcision" comes from Latin circum (meaning "around") and cædere (meaning "to cut").
Circumcision predates recorded human history, with pictures in stone-age cave drawings and Ancient Egyptian tombs, though some pictures may be open to interpretation.[2][3][4] Male circumcision is a religious commandment in Judaism as well as in Islam,[5][6] and customary in some Oriental Orthodox and other Christian churches in Africa.[7]
Circumcision is most common in the Middle East, the USA and parts of Africa and Asia. According to WHO 30% of men worldwide have had the procedure, mostly in countries where it is common for religious or cultural reasons.[8] Opponents of circumcision condemn infant circumcision as being medically unjustified and an infringement upon individual bodily rights[9], while advocates of circumcision regard it as a worthwhile public health measure,[10] particularly in the control of HIV.[11][12][13]
In March 2007 the World Health Organization and UNAIDS recognized male circumcision as an effective intervention for HIV prevention, but warned that male circumcision only provides partial protection and should not replace other interventions to prevent the heterosexual transmission of HIV.[14] They have stated that scientific findings regarding the role of male circumcision in preventing heterosexual HIV infection are particularly relevant in regions where the incidence of heterosexually acquired HIV infection is high, such as Sub-Saharan Africa, and stressed that the procedure must be carried out safely and under conditions of informed consent.[15][16]
Circumcision may also be used to treat inflammation of the glans and penile cancer.[17][18] Using circumcision to treat phimosis (see section below) is debated in medical literature.[19][20]

I'm pretty sure you mean circumsized. This is a common practice on males. They have an overlaping layer of skin on the tip of their penis and when they undergo a circumsicion- that overlaping layer of skin (also known as foreskin) is removed.
