can infant eczema be caused by having a dog?

You will have to take the baby to the doctor for an allergy test. It could be that the baby is allergic to dog dander. If so you may have to give the dog away. But the only way to find out is to have the test. Good Luck

Stuffiness, skin irritation, drippy nose, sneezing, wheezing. It's usually pretty obvious.
