The best food for a healthy soul is the same best food our healthy body. And the best foods are the complete diet one must take like carbohydrates, vegetables, meat, vitamins and minerals. That i think nourishes are body as to get a healthy life. Having a healthy life is getting a healthy soul. Having both will surely make us understand to live a meaningful life. Remember health is wealth. Having the necessary wealth will continue our eagerness to live longer and strive for the pursuit of happiness.
