At 6 weeks pregnant, the top of your uterus is at your pubic bone. The top of your uterus wont reach your belly button until you are 20 weeks along. You wouldn't be showing yet at all. You might start to get bloated, but it's not from your uterus, and is about the same as what you get around the time your period is due

The most important organs in a babies body start forming at week 3 to 8. Usually most women do not feel much of a difference within this period of time other than a missed "period" which is the first sign of possible pregnancy. This is the most important time of organ development in an embryo. Usually most problems occur during the first trimester in or around this period so take good care of yourself eat well take your folic acid, eat all your basic food groups, don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs and don't eat sushi.

I didnt feel much in the stomach except some cramping in the lower abdomen at six weeks. I started showing early, around that time, but only my husband and I could tell and only when I was naked. I showed early because Im pretty short (5'3) and there wasnt anywhere for baby to go but out, even when it was tiny, I had a tiny bump showing.

For me, my tummy was really itchy and felt hard. Your body is going through a lot of changes in the first trimester, so you are bound to feel things that you have not ever felt before. BabyCenter.com is a great place to go, it can answer a lot of questions for you and pertains to pregnancy, infants, children and family!

You shouldn't feel too much at that time. Maybe a little bit of something as your uterus grows but you won't show for awhile yet. Congrats too by the way.
