Five days ago I fell down the stairs and twisted my ankle weirdly, it hurts when I walk sometimes, and very randomly like twice a day my foot starts hurting and the pain goes up my shin and into my knee, and when I am walking and it doesn't hurt it feels extemely weak. My Parents think I am faking it or exaggerating. Is this a sprain or break? Fracture? Thanks!

Should I use crutches?

My foot is not swollen, there is just a tiny bruise on the base of my ankle

We have no way of knowing - only an x-ray can tell you. And don't let anyone tell you that if it was broken you wouldn't be able to walk on it (myth). Go see your doctor.

Sounds like a sprain or a pulled muscle.
If its swollen or discolored, that will tell you its a sprain, Im sure it would be a lot more painful if you broke it. You would definitely know.

Just crutches, you might want to go to the doctor too.

I agree with rad tech. I work at a hospital as a cardiac tech and have seen pt's fall and break bones before. The only way to tell is by X-ray.

I am a physician and I would definitely x-ray your ankle and leg.
