I'm American and so lets think about this together. Thanksgiving is when the pilgrims and indians settled down for a feast after the Indians taught the Pilgrims to grow food and the Pilgrims helped hunt. All this happened on the US East coast. So humm do you think anyone else celebrates this? Uh yea NO!

I think, after big feasts like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter. We say "Ohhh , we'll eat better next week, or next year". And we NEVER do. But I love Thanksgiving. And if your question is about weight loss, then my answer is... everything in moderation. A little bit of this, a little bit of that.
