all of us that are 55 and over worked, fought and died to insure freedom for the next generation. we raised what we eat or we went hungry. we went to school until big enough to work. [4th or 5th grade was a long way for the boys] clothes was home made. we had no choice but to work.
i find the young people today has lost all touch of principles and have became a lazy nation. that's one of the reason Americans are falling. when government took control from parents, they was taken over by fear and lost all family values. values are liken unto love for someone....once it's gone there are no getting it back. today it seems as if Americans stand for nothing and fall for anything. i feel for our young people, they have a long and hard life ahead of them even if they have schooling. the government is giving all of their inheritance away to outsiders......how sad that we have slept so long....
i was raised in the hills of Kentucky on a farm where there was nothing to do but work.........coal mine country.....
