absolutely! My Mom had a friend with blue eyes that looked violet, like Elizabeth Taylor's. My dad had sky blue eyes. Because they are so light, there is a lot of variation. BUT blue eyes can get very frosty. And since my dad was part Svenska, I believe northern climate genetics made eyes without melanin.

nah...ive had enough of blue eyes...mines blue and so are the rest of my family. i love brown eyes. they're so warm and deep.

not necessarily..depends on the shape of the eye, the way the eyelids lay across, eye lashes, the depth and emotion in the eyes.
