I can help: just subtract or add the numbers in the matching places and write the answer there. For example the first one will be a new 2X2 matrix, with 2-2 in the upper left, -3 - 3 in the upper right, etc

wait, the first one is C::
2-2=0, 3-(-3)=-6
-1-0=-1, -5-(-1)=-4
and the second one is C, too::
9+(-3)=6, -2+(-1)=-3, -4+5=1, 8+(-2)=6
