What is everyone doing for thanksgiving? I am cooking and listening to a disfunctional family argue!!!

every family has some form of disfunctional, so don't worry. this thanksgiving is the 1st. time that we will not be all together. some are going out to eat, some are going to their spouses side , i'm staying home alone and paint my bedroom ceiling, and thanking God i have one to paint. hope your thanksgiving will be pleasant for u this year. sometimes we really have to work on it, remember we only have 1 family-love them all

That's probably what most people are doing. The great thing about Thanksgiving is that almost everyone in US are celebrating in almost the same way, regardless of race, religion, nationality, or age. Similar menus, similar decorations, similar customs, similar dysfunctional families. Eat lots of food, watch football, kids playing. Ain't it fun!!!
