I am 33 years old (so 30-40 year old age group).

1) Physically, I think most but not all people start getting "old" after 45-50 years of age. But a person who is 80-90 years old can seem a lot younger and have more energy if they are happier than a 40 year old. I think age and "being old" is a state of mind, not heart or spirit.

2) Family is always the most important, being employed and having my own money in case self-support would ever be necessary, and love.

3) I've had 2 nieces die in the last 2 months and a great uncle about 2 years ago, but nobody else close to me. However, I did lose a couple of classmates as well.

4) I worry about something bad happening to someone I love all the time, and I worry about losing or being laid off of my job. I also worry about a terroristic WAR coming to American soil during my lifetime.

5) My advice to someone younger than me would be not to be afraid of life and making mistakes. I waited too long to experience many things and missed out on a lot of things because I was too chicken. You have to make mistakes in order to learn from them. Live life to the fullest.

When is a person old? When they choose to act old - they could be any age and choose to act that way. Age isn't just in the body, it is in the mind.

3 things important to me - my family, my store, my life

close friends or relatives that died in the last year - my mother in law of cancer at age 62, my grandfather at age 98

2 things I worry about - health and finances

piece of advice - don't worry so much about what you are going to be when you grow up. You get to change your mind and you should try things out til you find something you really enjoy.

I'm 42
