I scream very loudly and punch a pillow. If i am mad at someone i will write them a nasty letter and than tear it up. that makes me fell much better

Walk it off; run it off; work out hard.
If I'm constrained and can't do any of that, I take a 1/4th of a Xanax, a coffee break, and drink a pint of good water.
