NO! Do not do this under any circumstance! I know it sounds like a great idea and in fact I have thought about trying the same thing but it does not produce the kind of result you would imagine. You end up with bacon that tastes like greasy flat beer. Also, once you marinate the raw bacon in the beer, it isn't advisable to drink the beer after you take the bacon out (I learned that the HARD way!).
The best thing to do is to cook 2 pounds of bacon per person and have a frozen bowl to pour beer in. Crumble the bacon into the bowl of beer much like cereal and then eat it with a spoon! You will be amazed! Since I discovered this delightful treat, I always sneak a couple of beers into Shoney's when I'm going there to hit the breakfast buffet! You're welcome, enjoy!
