Most tigers are about TWICE the size of most lions, so I would say tigers are stronger.

It matters if its sickly or powerfully strong, the more meat on the bones and the more they run they get stronger, but id say to the guy before me, the female lion is stronger, because it is not compared to the male lion because he sometimes gets to hasty and well it ends bad...
