I try very hard to keep it from happening but it does find a way to slip back in every now and then, but I am getting better at pushing it back in the past where it belongs!!

Last month, it came knocking at my door and I kicked back to the curb. I want to leave the past in the past and keep moving forward.

I don't think it's something you can really get away from..sadly it's like a ghost that haunts you all the time..and you carry it around with you all the time..though you try to move on..you just can't seem to get past well the past.
