a book. its called lone survivor. about a navy seal team in Afghanistan. all but one of them were killed. One of the guys killed had one a medal of honor for his actions. I never new anything about them. But i cant believe people do that. i mean i thought i was reading fiction. it was crazy and completely changed my view on a lot of subjects. the book is a new york times best seller.

reaching the pensioner section of life, and seeing so many family and friends getting sick and dying. it has taught me that life really is short and has changed my priorities and attitudes big time, so now i try not to take things forgranted and i try to be the best person i can be.

volunteering over 1,000 hours helping kids with disibilities. you learn far more from them than they do from you. good luck.
