If a woman takes out an order of protection against you, leave them the hell alone and don't contact or see them. Trust me, this does not happen if you are normal man and not a crazy psycho.

This is just one of the many ways people abuse the legal system. And not just woman do this, men as well. many bitter woman use them as a way to get their husbands/boyfriends out of the home with out having him evicted, or to keep him from seeing his children, even if it is only for a short time. I think woman who abuse the system that is set up to protect people who are truly in danger, should be held legally liable for their actions when they lie to get an order against someone who didn't actually do anything.

I had to take one out on my soon to be X and the cops
who hauled him out of here granted a temporay immediate one. Now after court date I have one for 1 year . I tried to
keep marriage together but he had hit me and that was it,
no human should have to put up with violence.
You need to get your frustrations out on a punching bag
not a woman. Restraing orders are not granted if not
needed.

Think you have to be a bit more specific here. You are feeling frustrated because she isn't having anything to do with you? Give it a few weeks - maybe she will have calmed down by then and you two could talk civily.
